Illustration

Illustration is an advanced level drawing class where students create images to visualize an idea or subject.
This class is for students who already have strong drawing skills so that they can focus on the image rather than learning how to draw.
Genres might include medical, botanical and/ or advertising illustrations. Several projects are "live" jobs that include the student hand book cover, Sandburg art show poster, brochure cover and post cards.
